LADY ZONE – Exchange Policy

At LADY ZONE, we take pride in offering high-quality imitation fashion jewellery. While we do not offer general exchanges for change of mind, exchanges are allowed under specific conditions mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged or defective item (a proper unboxing video must be shared with us on mobile).
  • You received an incorrect item (Order ID or screenshot along with delivered product image is required).
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

2. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp or Email.
  2. Share the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos of the product and the issue
    • Proper unboxing video highlighting the defect
    • Preferred replacement item (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
  4. Once approved, we will:
    • Arrange a pickup (if applicable), or
    • Guide you on how to send the product back.

3. Exchange Processing Time

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer:
    • A similar product of your choice, OR
    • A full refund.

Return Policy – Easy & Hassle-Free

At LADY ZONE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we ensure strict quality checks, issues may occasionally occur.

Generally, we do not offer returns. In case of damaged or incorrect items, we provide an exchange (please refer to our Exchange Policy).

1. Eligible Reasons for Return

  • You received a damaged or broken product (mandatory unboxing video to be shared on mobile).
  • You received a different item than ordered (Order ID or screenshot with delivered product image required).
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

2. Return Processing Time

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days, subject to stock availability.
  • If the replacement item is out of stock, we will offer:
    • A similar product of your choice, OR
    • A full refund.

3. We Do NOT Accept Returns For

  • Change of mind
  • Dislike after use
  • Minor colour or design variations due to lighting or screen settings
  • Products marked as final sale or clearance

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if:

  • We are unable to Exchanged/Replace the item due to stock unavailability.

Refund Details

  • Mode: NEFT / Bank Transfer
  • Processing Time: Within 3–5 working days after inspection and approval of the returned defective/damaged/wrong item at the origin location
  • Refund Amount: Product value only
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred due to our error

Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming your purchase.
